Discussion List Process change

We have had a few spammers recently try and send emails through the discussion list, one of the emails today contained a virus, it was held for moderation as per usual and deleted so nothing for you to worry about.

As all posts to the list are moderated all moderators receive the request with a copy of the post attached, this lead to one of the moderators PC's being infected with the virus. To reduce the likelyhood of this happening again the list will only accept posts from email addresses that have been registered. Any emails sent from a non registered email address will be rejected with the following notice.

You are not allowed to post to this mailing list, and your message has
been automatically rejected. You must be a member to post to this list
if you think that your messages are being rejected in error, contact
the mailing list owner at webmaster@actkm.org.

If you use more than one email address to post to the list you can register another email email address and set it to not receive posts if you do not want two copies. If you cannot register another email address or are unsure how to do it please contact me directly and I will add it for you.
