I would welcome any ideas, suggestions or advice with regards to applying KM to public sector research and policy formulation domains. This includes broad areas such as but not limited to: - primary and secondary research methods, - research transfer strategies and collaboration mechanisms, - the linkages between research and policy development (upward flow to policy formulation), - the linkages between policy setting and the supportive analytic devices (downward flow - political agendas turned into government policy requiring specific analysis), - useful techniques, technology and tools for research capture, reuse, dissemination, etc, - reference people/orgs/sources, - anything else that I have missed ;-).
