In my opinion, personal information and knowledge belongs to the individual. How you want to manage your information and knowledge would depend on what your needs and requirements. Since these information and knowledge are tacit by nature, you will have to decide how, what, why and method you want them to be documented. Suggestions welcome. Cheers!
