How do you get people to read and understand stuff?
Are you frustrated at trying to get people to read and understand stuff? At the actkm September meeting, we will be exploring the principles, culture, beliefs, rituals, rules and techniques surrounding reading and understanding stuff (or not).
Facilitating this activity, will be our resident expert at not reading or understanding almost nothing at all, David Williams. David will share his extensive experiences at glossing over submarine operating manuals, deleting procurement Lessons Learnt databases and making stuff up to cover over the fact that he didn't read the memo from the Minister's office. This session will allow you to share your war stories and explore potential options for dealing with this growing epidemic.
